Try it · the pass

What’s eating your week?

Start with a tested prompt for one job, tonight. Or tick the admin jobs that land on you, put your own hours on them, and take away your admin week on a card.

Your numbers, not ours. Nothing you type leaves this page, and nothing is saved unless you choose to.

The pass at the rush, tickets on the rail

Free prompt packs

Try it tonight.

Each pack is a prompt you paste into, or open in, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok, tested on example inputs before it went up. You read what it drafts and decide. When you paste, use initials or roles rather than full names, and leave out personal details. How we write them, and how to write your own.

Two checks to try

Watch a machine check.

Each starts with a made-up sample. Change it to your own, or paste your own in. Both run in this page, follow only the rules written beside them, and keep and send nothing. Use initials or roles, not names.

Check 1 · the rota

Clashes, before it goes up

The rules it applies

  1. R1 Nobody works on a day they have booked off.
  2. R2 Nobody is on two shifts at once.
  3. R3 Enough rest between finishing one shift and starting the next (you set the hours; the sample uses 11).
  4. R4 Weekly hours stay within each person’s contract.

It flags clashes and gives the reason. It never moves anyone: a person decides who swaps.

Check 2 · the reviews

A first reply, drafted calmly

The rules it applies

  1. R1 Thank them, and name what they mentioned.
  2. R2 If something went wrong, say sorry for it, without arguing.
  3. R3 No refunds, discounts or promises in writing: invite them to get in touch instead.
  4. R4 Allergies or illness: no detail in public. It flags the review for a call and a check with whoever owns your allergen information.
  5. R5 British English, under 90 words, signed with your name.

A draft only: you read it, change it and post it yourself. For a reply in your own voice, try the review replies prompt with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok.
